BGL's Risk and Compliance Graduate Programme

Our two-year programme is designed to develop you to understand and manage risks, opportunities and regulatory requirements that we as a company need to take. 

About the programme

Across five rotations, you’ll be exposed to our different risk and compliance teams getting to know our brands and business. Your first year of the scheme will provide you with the key foundations and learnings, from reporting and monitoring risk to policy creation and maintenance ensuring we’re compliant.

Your development

You’ll also be supported to study for a relevant qualification and towards the end of the programme we will support you to apply for a role within our teams. Alongside this exciting programme, you’ll have a rigorous development plan with leadership development, a senior level career mentor and a graduate buddy.
